Returns & Exchanges


Kidstuff accepts Afterpay , Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.


We accept change of mind items and will offer an exchange on any full priced product or issue a store credit upon return of the item. The item must be unopened and unused in its original packaging and you must contact customer service within 28 days of receipt of your delivery or purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required.

Specially ordered large items (ie an item we do not keep stock of and where we raise an order direct to you from a supplier), except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected, may not be able to be returned if they are unwanted. Please contact customer service to discuss.


Kidstuff accepts returns of faulty items for an exchange, store credit or a refund. Kidstuff reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect. Proof of purchase is required.

Online returns please contact customer service at or call 1300 57 88 33 to request a refund. Online orders can not be returned in store. 

Store Credit

Your Kidstuff Credit,

  • will be activated within 24hrs of issuing;
  • is valid for 6 months from date of creation;
  • is non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash; 
  • cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers; and
  • can be used in any Kidstuff Store.
