Description:
Pull string silicone sensory toy for infants in two styles.

Defect: 
The product may not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age. The product’s silicone pull strings that are too long and can reach the back of a child's throat causing choking or asphyxiation. Small parts may detach from the product and cause a child to choke if they place them in their mouth. 

Hazard: 
Risk of serious injury or death from choking and asphyxiation if a child places the silicone pull strings in their mouth or if small parts detach from the toy and the child places them in their mouth. 

What to do: 
1. Stop using the toy immediately and place out of reach of children. 
2. Cut the strings of the toy and take a photograph of the toy before disposing of it in household waste. 
3. Email the photograph and your order details to info@livingtextiles.com.au to receive a full refund within 30 days.

Non compliance with current Australian regulations for button batteries. Stopwatch should contain non replaceable button batteries but stopwatch is fitted with 6 x screws which make it possible to access batteries.

Hazard: 
Keep out of reach of children. Swallowing can lead to chemical burns, perforation of soft  tissue and death. Severe burns can occur within 2 hours of ingestion. Seek medical attention immediately.

What to do: 
Consumers should immediately stop using the item and return to the original place of 
purchase for a full refund.

Product description
Robot fidget toy with extendable arms & legs, light up head. Contains button batteries. Approx. 13cm in height.

Defect:

The product does not comply with the mandatory standards for products containing button/coin batteries. The button/coin batteries are not adequately secured and are accessible by young children. The product does not include the required warning information.

Hazard:
Risk of choking, severe internal burn injuries or death to young children if they gain access to the button/coin batteries and swallow them or place them inside their body. Severe or fatal injuries can happen in 2 hours or less. Consumers may be unaware that the product contains button batteries.

What to do:
Consumers should stop using the fidget toys immediately and place them out of reach of children. Return the fidget toy to a Kidstuff store for a full refund of the purchase price.
