When can I expect my order?
During the promotional period and in accordance with required health and safety precautions it can take up to 10 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. Our team are working hard to get this to you as quickly as possible.
Do you have a pick up in store option?
Yes, we offer Call or Click & Collect service. Some stores trading hours are impacted by current restrictions, click here for more info.
Do you do refunds or exchanges?Yes we do.

Tracking Orders
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched from our Warehouse you will receive an email with your unique tracking number so you know where exactly your order is!
Can you gift wrap my order?
We may not offer gift wrapping online during the sale period.
Can I used my coupon/promo code as well during Kidstuff Birthday Sale?
No. this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or coupon. If you wish to use a coupon, you will not be able to receive the 25% discount.
