What is / isn't included in the sale?

The 20% storewide. Offer excludes gift cards, Lego and sale items. Available to Kidstuff Members only.

When can I expect my order?

During the promotional period and in accordance with required health and safety precautions it can take up to 10 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. Our team are working hard to get this to you as quickly as possible.

Do you have a pick up in store option?

Yes, we offer Call or Click & Collect service. 

Do you do refunds or exchanges?

Yes we do.

Tracking Orders

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched from our Warehouse you will receive an email with your unique tracking number so you know where exactly your order is!

Can you gift wrap my order?

We may not offer gift wrapping online during the sale period period.

Can I used my coupon/promo code as well during the the Kidstuff Birthday Sale Sale?

No. this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or coupon.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we offer a Kidstuff in store & online gift card. For e-gift card, please click here, or call your local Kidstuff store for in store gift card.
