As we move into this unprecedented time of uncertainty with regards to the COVID-19 virus, our main priority is ensuring the safety and well-being of all our Kidstuff family. We have been monitoring the situation very closely and have made the tough decision to temporarily close all our Kidstuff stores as of 9am today, Tuesday 24 March 2020.
This is not a decision that was made lightly but we feel it’s in the best interest of our people and you, our extended family.
Online Store Remains Open
We are still able to bring you quality educational toys, puzzles and games through our online store (Kidstuff.com.au) and hope to introduce more of what you need over the coming weeks, to help bring some magic and wonder to you. Please bear with us as it may take us a little longer to get these orders out as we are still ensuring we’re following the increased hygiene and safety policies we’ve implemented (as are Australia Post).

A Couple Of Other Things To Note
- * Our in-store refund policy will be put on hold
until we reopen. Any purchases made in store between 26 February and 23 March
2020, will be eligible for a refund on items that want to be returned when we
reopen assuming they meet the returns criteria.
Online orders are exempt and can continue to be returned to our warehouse.
- * Store Credit Vouchers unfortunately don't work on the website, so we will be extending the validity of any vouchers that expire during the time of closure, and they can be reused in stores when we reopen.
- * Physical Gift Cards purchased in stores can be used online. Just simply need to enter the last 10-digits of the card number in Gift Certificate section of the checkout.
- * Our customer care team is bound to be little busier at the moment, though we are here for you, so please send a single email to email@example.com with your query and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
