TERMS & CONDITIONS ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open to any person resident in NSW who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Kidstuff Pty Ltd or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners). TO ENTER: Entry forms can be found in store or completed online. Required information includes full name, email address and post code. Incomplete, damaged, defaced or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Kidstuff. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Kidstuff reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. TIMING: This competition runs from 12.00:01am EST on 1st August 2009. The closing date of this competition is 11.59:59pm EST on 31st October 2009. Completed entries must reach Kidstuff no later than the closing date. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winners will be determined by random draw on 16th November 2009 at Kidstuff Head Office, 140 – 144 Parramatta Rd, Camperdown, NSW, 2150. The winners will be notified by email by 17th November 2009. The winners may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising. PRIZE: Prizes consist of three (3) $200 Kidstuff gift cards. Gift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise only. Lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Cards will not be refunded in cash or replaced. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on the card after expiry will not be available for use. One prize will be drawn for each month of the competition.
