All orders are currently only available for delivery within Australia.
Stock is subject to availability. Kidstuff accepts Visa , Mastercard and American Express . All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Although we aim to ensure information on our website is correct, we reserve the right to change pricing and availability to its correct form if found to be incorrect.
We do not take payment for online purchases from your credit card until your order has been dispatched.
Delivery A flat fee of $9.95 applies to all standard orders shipped around Australia. We will attempt to dispatch your order within 5 working days.
If you live in a remote area please email customer service info@kidstuff.com.au or call 02 9516 0194 in order to confirm your actual delivery charge and delivery time frame. Additional freight charges may be incurred for large or heavy items and deliveries to remote locations within Australia.
Exchange If you change your mind you can return any full priced product provided it is, unopened and in perfect condition. You must contact customer service within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, when your item is a special ordered large item, we do not keep stock of this item and where we raise an order direct to you from a supplier, in such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted, however if you experience problems with your goods or order then please contact customer service info@kidstuff.com.au or call 1300 57 88 33 - 1300 kstuff. Refund If an item is faulty or damaged you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.
We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight on receipt and inspection of the goods. Include a letter indicating the problem with the item, and supply a copy of the online delivery note, tax invoice or packing slip.

In other words, if the toy, game or puzzle does not encourage the development of a child’s mind, imagination and physical wellbeing, we will not stock it. Simple stuff.
